About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Sales Professional to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by managing property sales from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, handling sales from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best outcome for all parties.
  • Take the initiative in identifying new sales opportunities and converting leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout.
  • Prepare marketing materials, property descriptions, and manage listings to attract potential buyers.
  • Handle all sales-related paperwork and compliance, ensuring all transactions meet legal and company requirements.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient property sales processes.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property sector is essential.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with property software and MS Office Suite is a plus.
