Job Summary:

The Field Project Coordinator - Operations Support will provide day-to-day operational support to assist the General Manager and other Senior Managers at Johnson Controls. This role is responsible for tracking intercompany projects, ensuring client orders are booked through our ERP systems, and processing intercompany purchase orders and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage intercompany projects using our ERP systems, Mentor and JDE.
  • Process and update intercompany purchase orders.
  • Produce client invoices in a timely manner and become proficient in the client upload portal.
  • Provide administrative support to the Contract Manager.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with project managers and contract managers.
  • Manage customer queries and disputes related to contract invoices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Methodical and accurate with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Good numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision after a period of training.
  • Flexibility to work in the office or remotely, with a minimum of one day per week in the office.
