Job Description

Johnson Controls International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational support to our General Manager and Senior Managers. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our intercompany projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Tracking: Develop and maintain a tracker of live intercompany projects, utilizing our ERP systems Mentor and JDE to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Order Management: Process and manage intercompany purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Client Invoicing: Produce client invoices in a timely manner, utilizing our clients' upload portal to ensure seamless communication.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Contract Manager, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain a close working relationship with project managers and customers, resolving any queries or disputes related to contract invoices.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
