Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational support to our General Manager and Senior Managers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for tracking intercompany projects, ensuring client orders are booked through our ERP systems, and maintaining a close working relationship with project managers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track intercompany projects using our ERP systems, Mentor and JDE.
- Process and update intercompany purchase orders.
- Produce client invoices in a timely manner and ensure proficiency in the client upload portal.
- Provide administrative support to the Contract Manager.
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers to manage queries and disputes.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Methodical and accurate with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
