Care and Support Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care and Support Team Leader to join our team at Cygnet Acer Clinic. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure that patient filing and documentation meets legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Guide and train the Support Worker team in policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Client Care: Support clients who require assistance with independent living skills and personal hygiene, empowering them to maintain their independence.
  • Induction and Refreshers: Induct new employees on policies and procedures and refresh other Support Workers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Well-being and Reporting: Care for and report on the well-being of clients under supervision, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Care Planning and Records: Read care planning needs for clients and complete written daily records as instructed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Quality Targets: Assist in ensuring quality targets are met in accordance with agreed standards, driving excellence in care delivery.
  • Enhanced Care: Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all clients, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Medical and Welfare Needs: Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required, ensuring the well-being of our clients.
