Our Water and Drainage Management Division
This fast-growing and innovative area of our business offers a range of services, including drainage surveys, maintenance, and rehabilitation across the highway network. As a key member of our team, you will be working at the forefront of this division and will benefit from our extensive fleet of transport vehicles.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our Water and Drainage Management division. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising operational activities, overseeing the day-to-day resourcing of the works programme, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and resource the works programme, working within the constraints and specifications of the contracts
- Inspect sites and work standards on a regular basis
- Promote and supervise safe working practices, including carrying out safety audits in accordance with pre-determined targets
- Monitor works with respect to labour outputs, completing and returning all required documentation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Drainage knowledge and experience
- Understanding of coordinating transport operations
- A full UK driving license, HGV Class 2 license, and a CSCS card
