Restaurant Reservations Sales Consultant

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Reservations Agent to join the Maybourne Reservations team at the Corporate Office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Process reservations received via verbal and non-verbal communication methods while maximizing revenue and handling day-to-day administration of the Reservations Sales Office.
- Make reservations across all Food & Beverage outlets for Claridge's, The Berkeley, and The Connaught to required standards.
- Maximize restaurant revenue through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Employ cover maximization and cross-selling techniques, as well as product knowledge, to maximize restaurant revenue.
- Create renowned memorable experiences for our guests.
- Provide intuitive service with an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences.
- Demonstrate genuine dedication to Maybourne and a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services.
- Have ideally worked in a similar role within a hotel environment, but this is not a prerequisite.
- Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable, and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer care skills and ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
- A high standard of personal presentation with a confident, professional, and welcoming personality.
