Main Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for processing reservations received via verbal and non-verbal communication methods, while maximizing revenue and handling day-to-day administration of the Reservations Sales Office.

Key Duties:
  • Make reservations across all Food & Beverage outlets for Claridge's, The Berkeley, and The Connaught to the required standards.
  • Maximize restaurant revenue through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Maximize restaurant revenue by paying attention to agreed cover restrictions and employing cover maximization and cross-selling techniques plus product knowledge.
  • Create renowned memorable experiences for our guests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to provide intuitive service, with an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences, resulting in lasting memories.

You will also need to demonstrate genuine dedication to Maybourne and show a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services.

A high standard of personal presentation with a confident, professional, and welcoming personality is essential.
