The Restaurant Reservations Manager is a key member of the Insignia Group of Companies team, responsible for securing exclusive benefits for clients and favorable commercial terms for the company. This role involves day-to-day restaurant bookings, securing hard-to-get reservations, and providing expert advice on luxury dining experiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily restaurant reservations for clients, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences.
  • Manage last-minute and urgent booking requests efficiently, utilizing strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, bars, and clubs globally, securing advantageous commercial conditions for the company.
  • Proven experience in restaurant reservations or a similar role within the luxury market, with a strong network within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent ability to handle high-pressure situations and urgent requests, with proficiency in reservation management systems and related software.
