We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Reservations Agent to join the Maybourne Reservations team at the Corporate Office.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Process reservations received via verbal and non-verbal communication methods while maximizing revenue and handling day-to-day administration of the Reservations Sales Office.
  • Make reservations across all Food & Beverage outlets for Claridge's, The Berkeley, and The Connaught to required standards.
  • Maximize restaurant revenue through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Employ cover maximization and cross-selling techniques, as well as product knowledge, to maximize revenue.
  • Create renowned memorable experiences for our guests.
Entry Requirements
  • Provide intuitive service with an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences.
  • Demonstrate genuine dedication to Maybourne and a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services.
  • Have ideally worked in a similar role within a hotel environment, but this is not a prerequisite.
  • Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable, and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
