About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Outpatient Administrator to join our team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. As an Outpatient Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our Therapy Services Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate referrals and ensure timely communication with patients and healthcare professionals
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with clinical teams to ensure smooth operation of outpatient services

Requirements
