Job Title: Channel Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Account Manager to join our team at ECS Resource Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with IT solution partners, value-added resellers (VARs), and other channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners that align with our solutions and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to enhance sales productivity.
  • Conduct regular partner meetings to ensure alignment on sales goals, strategy, and product offerings.
  • Train and support channel partners in product knowledge, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.
  • Develop and provide marketing materials, sales tools, and resources to support partner-driven sales efforts.
  • Drive channel sales by developing and executing strategies that help partners grow their business using our solutions.
  • Manage and forecast sales pipeline and revenue targets for assigned partners.
Requirements:
  • Strong sales and account management experience, ideally within the IT solutions or technology space.
  • Proven ability to work with a diverse range of partners to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
