Channel Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Account Manager to join our team at ECS Resource Group Limited.
Job Summary:
The Channel Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with IT solution partners, value-added resellers (VARs), and other channel partners to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Development:
- Identify and recruit new channel partners that align with our solutions and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to enhance sales productivity.
- Conduct regular partner meetings to ensure alignment on sales goals, strategy, and product offerings.
- Sales Enablement:
- Train and support channel partners in product knowledge, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.
- Develop and provide marketing materials, sales tools, and resources to support partner-driven sales efforts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing guidance and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Revenue Growth & Account Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to help partners grow their business using our solutions.
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline and revenue targets for assigned partners.
- Monitor partner performance, addressing gaps in partner sales capabilities and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner activities.
- Prepare and present reports on channel performance, forecasts, and partner activities to senior leadership.
