Job Title: Channel Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Account Manager to join our team at ECS Resource Group Limited.

Job Summary:

The Channel Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with IT solution partners, value-added resellers (VARs), and other channel partners to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Development:
    • Identify and recruit new channel partners that align with our solutions and objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to enhance sales productivity.
    • Conduct regular partner meetings to ensure alignment on sales goals, strategy, and product offerings.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Train and support channel partners in product knowledge, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.
    • Develop and provide marketing materials, sales tools, and resources to support partner-driven sales efforts.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing guidance and troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Revenue Growth & Account Management:
    • Develop and execute strategies to help partners grow their business using our solutions.
    • Manage and forecast sales pipeline and revenue targets for assigned partners.
    • Monitor partner performance, addressing gaps in partner sales capabilities and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner activities.
    • Prepare and present reports on channel performance, forecasts, and partner activities to senior leadership.
