Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our innovative Greater Manchester Resilience Hub (GMRH).

The GMRH is a unique, all-age service specializing in trauma-responsive care. We provide support to individuals impacted by major incidents, offer staff wellbeing services for health and social care professionals, and collaborate with partner organizations to develop trauma-informed approaches.

As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and effective care within our supportive team environment. You will contribute to the development and implementation of trauma-responsive interventions, working alongside colleagues to provide comprehensive support to individuals and communities affected by adversity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based mental health assessments and interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of trauma-informed training programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Essential Criteria:
  • Current professional registration and commitment to continuing professional development
  • Proven experience working as a senior clinician in clinical settings aligned with the core competencies of the role
