About the Role

The Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team as a Trauma Responsive Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique, all-age, psychology-led service that provides psychosocial and trauma-responsive care to individuals and families affected by trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional interpersonal skills and trauma-responsive approaches to support individuals and families affected by trauma.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver innovative, family-focused care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations to promote trauma-responsive approaches.
  • Contribute to the development of specialist training on trauma-related issues.
  • Participate in consultation with partner organizations to develop trauma-responsive care.

Requirements:

  • Current professional registration and continued professional development.
  • Experience of working as a senior clinician in clinical settings that meet the core competencies of the post.
