HR Business Partner Opportunity

RAC, the UK's leading breakdown provider, is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment through effective employee engagement, talent development, and organisational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment and culture where employees feel valued and motivated.
  • Identify and nurture talent within the organisation, facilitate development conversations, and create career growth pathways to retain talent.
  • Lead and support organisational design and change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to employees.
  • Guide managers in effectively managing employee performance, setting clear expectations, and providing regular feedback to enhance productivity and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support overall business objectives and drive organisational success.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Ability to develop credibility with stakeholders and groups.
  • Experience of managing projects and delivering them to plan, ideally within a large, complex organisation.
  • Ability to prepare consultation documents and ensure clear timetables while achieving KPIs across the HR division.
