About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front of House Manager at HC-One Ltd. This is a dynamic and varied role that requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer care.

As a Front of House Manager, you will be the first point of contact for new residents and their relatives, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing rotas, timesheets, and other administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our care home.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. You will be a strong advocate for our residents and relatives, providing exceptional customer care and building strong relationships with our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage rotas and timesheets to ensure efficient operation of the care home
  • Provide exceptional customer care to residents and their relatives
  • Build strong relationships with the team and stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development and growth objectives
  • Administer tasks and responsibilities with attention to detail
