We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Trees Short Breaks service. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to adults with a learning disability and Autism Spectrum disorder.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day support, assisting with personal care, promoting choice and control, and maximizing independence. You will work closely with our team to create and implement Care and Support plans, ensuring effective care is delivered throughout the service.
