Position Overview:

We invite applications for the role of Teaching, Learning, and Student Experience (TLSE) Administrator within the Scheduling and Projects team in the Faculty Office of the Faculty of Science and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of student timetables and project activities to ensure a seamless service for both staff and students.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support for student timetables throughout the academic year, including handling change requests and resolving arising issues.
  • Assist in the administration of Teaching, Learning, and Student projects throughout the year.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, adept at managing substantial data and tackling complex challenges. Familiarity with timetabling software, such as Syllabus +, is beneficial but not mandatory.
