About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Quality Officer to join our team at GBS Global Applied Knowledge. As an Academic Quality Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our academic programs and services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance and Enhancement: Ensure that our academic policies, procedures, and systems are fully implemented and monitored across all programs.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the maintenance, review, and updating of our academic policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Write high-quality reports using quantitative and qualitative data for internal and external audiences.
  • Internal Quality Audits: Coordinate and undertake internal quality audit tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Student Support: Support our student-facing processes, ensuring timely responses and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Associate Director and Academic Quality Manager as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compile, analyze, and evaluate qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of attention to detail.
