This position is crucial in enhancing the overall experience of our students across all programmes, ensuring that we deliver exceptional educational experiences that align with our mission.

The Academic Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and executing student support initiatives for the MBA & Global Programmes, working closely within the Student Services framework of the MBA & Global Operations Team.

Responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including serving as the primary point of contact for students, fostering strong relationships, overseeing administrative tasks, and facilitating programme-related activities.

Candidates should hold a first degree (or equivalent professional qualification) and/or possess substantial experience in programme administration within a higher education context. A background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding support, is also essential.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to lead and inspire team members, alongside effective communication skills to engage with staff across the MBA & Global programmes, international centres, and the broader Business School.
