About the Role

As a Sous Chef at Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel, you will work with our established kitchen team to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Our kitchen team is passionate about food and takes pride in every dish prepared.

Based in the Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel, you will be part of a team of passionate people who value work-life balance. To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience (2+ years) working in a branded or hotel kitchen environment at supervisory level.
