Key Responsibilities:
In the role of National Sales Leader, you will be instrumental in shaping customer strategies and overseeing the sales team, ensuring substantial growth across various channels. Your objectives will include:

  • Maximizing revenue and market share while maintaining the brand's esteemed reputation.
  • Formulating and implementing sales strategies, objectives, and targets that align with the company's vision.
  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a geographically diverse sales team, cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Building strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to enhance market reach and secure enduring partnerships.
  • Monitoring sales performance and market dynamics, providing insights to refine sales strategies and seize new opportunities.
  • Collaborating with marketing to enhance brand visibility and execute successful marketing initiatives.
  • Overseeing the sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and implementing training programs to elevate the team's skills and expertise.

Qualifications:
We seek candidates with a proven history as a successful customer manager and sales leader within the premium beverage sector or a related industry, preferably with a focus on alcoholic beverages. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate remote sales teams, achieving exceptional outcomes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the UK beverage landscape, customer channels, and industry trends.
  • A strategic mindset, skilled in data analysis for informed decision-making.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for premium beer and the craft beverage sector.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.

This position is remote-based, with occasional travel required.
