About the Role

This is a Talent Acquisition Partner role where you will be accountable for a dedicated part of the business, working closely with key stakeholders and through your team, you will develop and deliver quality talent attraction plans using best practice tools and methodologies to ensure future talent is recruited efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement talent attraction strategies to meet business needs.
  2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand talent gaps and develop solutions.
  3. Manage and lead a team of recruitment specialists to achieve recruitment targets.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience as a talent attraction partner within an in-house talent acquisition team.
  • Strong technical expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
