Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Inspirec. This role is perfect for individuals with a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing professionals across various roles and sectors, ideally within the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs, technical requirements, and organisational culture.
- Utilise multiple channels to source qualified professionals, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Proactively screen, interview, and assess potential candidates to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and placement.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT recruitment.
- Proven track record of success in placing roles across various levels and specialisations.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and skills, including software development, infrastructure, data management, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
