Talent Acquisition Specialist - Strategic Recruitment Advisor

We are pleased to be working with Kent Fire and Rescue Services on a number of Talent Acquisition roles. The role will provide specialist advice and support across all Talent Acquisition recruitment activities. They will be responsible for ensuring that they provide an engaging and positive recruitment journey for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with organisational procedures and employment legislation
  • Providing advice and guidance on DBS checks and any visas/immigration requirements
  • Supporting the application of recruitment reasonable adjustments
  • Supporting and running positive action events across the county
  • Reviewing current processes and procedures to ensure compliance and integration of HR best practices

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of TA and TM practices, including strategic workforce planning
  • Good knowledge of HR concepts and best practice relating to key TA processes
  • Ability to critically analyse recruitment processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Good communication skills to engage with key stakeholders
  • Good practical understanding of Microsoft Office
