About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Debt Resolution Specialist to join our team at Made Employment Ltd. As a Debt Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting customers' premises to deliver a range of services required by utility companies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Awareness of Debt and Resolution Capability: You will be responsible for being aware of the debt and resolution capabilities of our clients' customers.
  2. Gaining Additional Customer Data: You will need to gain additional customer data, such as meter reads and vulnerabilities.
  3. Execution of Documentation: You will be responsible for executing documentation to secure payment to our clients.
  4. Execution of Warrants: You will need to execute warrants to secure payment/access to deliver resolution.
Requirements
  1. Organizational Skills: You must be highly organized and able to follow protocols to deliver maximum return on investment per account issued.
  2. Adaptability: You must be adaptable and flexible to the varied environments presented by the portfolio of work.
  3. Good Work Ethic: You must have a good work ethic and be able to work independently.
  4. Negotiating Skills: You must have strong negotiating skills and be able to discuss with management above and below.
  5. Approachable: You must be approachable and able to work well with customers.
  6. Multi-Tasking Ability: You must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Ability to Make Quick Decisions: You must be able to make quick decisions and judgments.
  8. Ability to Plan and Manage Workload: You must be able to plan and manage your workload effectively.
What We Offer
  1. Car Cash Allowance: You will receive a car cash allowance paid monthly.
