Your team: The Studio teams at News UK consist of creative leads, art directors, project managers, video producers, picture editors, and sales professionals. Your role: As a Studio / Creative Co-ordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting and managing internal workflows and processes, while providing daily administrative assistance to the Creative Directors and the creative teams. Your contributions will ensure the smooth operation of the creative department, enabling our teams to deliver high-quality branded content campaigns to our clients in a timely manner, within budget, and upholding high creative standards.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Allocate and log resources for pitch and live projects, ensuring all work is documented
  • Assist Creative Directors in overseeing Smartsheet to maintain an equitable distribution of work
  • Generate reports on wins/losses of briefs as required
  • Coordinate training sessions for team members as necessary
  • Engage in weekly collaboration with Creative Directors to monitor the workflow of the creative team

What we're looking for:

  • Proficiency in production and creative/editorial workflows and processes
  • Strong knowledge of Smart Sheets, Excel, or similar tools for managing workflows
  • Experience in delivering campaigns within deadlines and budget constraints
  • Effective management of Studio processes and workflow performance
