About the Role:

Elbrus Partners Office & Professional is seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Coordinator to join their team. As a Studio Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the studio team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the studio team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating internal and external events
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the studio runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails
  • Maintain a professional and well-organized studio environment
  • Support senior staff with tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury or creative environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to deliver outstanding client service
