Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at Huntress Search Ltd. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of products and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Precise Order Entry: Accurately enter sales orders into our order management system, ensuring all relevant information is detailed and assigned to the correct account.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create Purchase Orders and coordinate payment requests to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Administrative Support: Handle all administrative tasks related to sales orders, including responding to client inquiries and addressing queries from internal stakeholders.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate picking, packaging, and dispatching of products for sales orders.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively respond to client inquiries and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £27,000 DOE and a permanent, full-time contract with a Monday to Friday schedule.
