About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Access Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Site Access Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of personnel, vehicles, and materials on our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site access and egress, ensuring all personnel and vehicles are authorized to enter the site.
- Direct traffic and pedestrians safely through the site, prioritizing deliveries and ensuring safe vehicle maneuvers.
- Liaise with site staff to plan ahead for the day's delivery schedule and other duties as requested by the Site Manager.
- Perform general tidying and housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and current Government guidelines.
- Monitor and report any issues with pedestrian/walkway/traffic segregation, mud/debris tracking, and other site-related concerns.
- Verify and record the sign-in and sign-out of all operatives and visitors.
- Secure the site by locking the gate at the end of the day.
