Automotive Account Coordinator

Fisco UK is a leading provider of technology-driven facilities management services, serving over 30 esteemed clients nationwide. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Desk Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service through direct telephone and email communication, addressing facilities management needs.
- Ensure scheduled task modules are updated to facilitate service desk operatives in booking regular maintenance visits.
- Coordinate terminations in line with closed site procedures for site closures and new services for relocations.
- Update consumables online templates and maintain accurate building and contact information in TASKYE.
- Aid Account Managers in contract assignment and new contract mobilisations, as well as quality audits and contract gap analysis.
- Setup new contract databases, import new contract sites, users, and suppliers, and conduct monthly account coordinator reviews.
- Accuracy of client databases and essential information regarding site details.
- Documented and implemented innovations that improve service, reduce cost, or provide efficiencies to systems and processes.
- Effective logging and records of client complaints.
- Review and update for compliance gap analysis monthly with Account Managers.
We provide full training for the role and encourage team building and succession planning. Familiarity with Microsoft packages is desirable, as is experience in a support service team or facilities management.
