Private Equity Investment Associate

Madison Hunt is partnering with a global mega fund to hire an Associate to support the origination and execution of investments across Europe. The Associate will join a growing team and build a strong track record with long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the origination and execution of investments across Europe
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure Private Equity team to identify and evaluate investment opportunities
- Conduct financial and commercial analysis to inform investment decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, sponsors, and other market participants
- Assist in the preparation of investment materials, including pitch books and due diligence reports
Requirements:
- Currently a junior or mid-level Associate in either the M&A team of a top-tier bank or private equity fund
- Started their career in investment banking
- Proven deal track record in the European infrastructure market
- Strong and all-round technical and commercial skill set
- Hold a finance, business, engineering or related degree from a highly regarded university
- Fluency in a second European language is not essential, but is preferred
