Head of Services Partnerships

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our services partnerships strategy across Europe. This is a new role in our business focused on developing and executing partnership strategies that drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy across Europe, identifying new opportunities and growth sectors.
  2. Present partnership strategies and performance updates to senior C-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Negotiate and secure new business agreements, maintaining strong relationships with key partners.
  4. Optimise the performance of existing partnerships, driving new opportunities and channel expansion.
  5. Lead and manage a direct team of partnership development managers, providing regular mentoring, coaching, and feedback.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in partnership management, with a strong track record of building strategic partnerships in the technology sector.
  2. Excellent relationship management and collaborator engagement skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and drive business growth.
  3. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes.

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work three days in the office and the rest from home. The role is based between the Surrey and London areas, providing a great work-life balance.
