Health and Fitness Manager

The Health and Fitness Manager position is a key role within Parkwood Holdings Limited, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company's fitness facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, while also driving business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Relations
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Facility Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the fitness facilities, including the gym, pool, and sports hall.
- Ensure the facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
- Membership and Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retention.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of fitness instructors and staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate any identified risks.
- Qualifications
- REPS level 2 or equivalent qualification.
- Experience
- Experience working in a fitness or leisure management environment.
- Experience in team management and leadership.
- Personal Characteristics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
