Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Salutem Shared Services. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new services that meet the strategic aims of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the development of new services, working closely with commissioner relationships and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth.
- Support the Referral Coordinators in their programme of work, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and guidance to achieve their goals.
- Prepare and submit high-quality contract bids, frameworks, and tenders, working in partnership with the Business Development Support Manager.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new potential purchasers, including local authorities and health commissioners.
- Contribute to Board reports, providing written updates on new developments and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the operational team to re-model existing services, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and future-proof.
- Maintain a positive corporate culture within the existing staff teams, promoting a positive attitude towards the company through communication, incentives, and innovative ideas.
- Ensure that pipeline referral information is updated onto the Salesforce Database, and communicate updates to the Group.
