Regional Organizer Role in South Wales & Western Region

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Organizer to become part of our team in the South Wales & Western Region. The position will commence from our Bristol Office.

The successful applicant should reside within a 50-mile radius of the Bristol Office and possess a valid UK driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer guidance and representation to union members regarding employment legislation, health and safety protocols, and union agreements.
  • Engage in negotiations with employers on various matters.
  • Concentrate on attracting new members to enhance union membership.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Self-driven with the capability to inspire others in recruitment initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting salary of £50,339 annually.
  • Comprehensive annual leave and holiday benefits.
  • Contributory Pension Scheme.
