We are seeking a dedicated Regional Organizer to become part of our team in the South Wales & Western Region. This position will initially be based in our Bristol Office.
The successful applicant should reside within a 50-mile radius of the Bristol Office and possess a valid UK driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance and representation to union members regarding employment legislation, health and safety regulations, and union agreements.
- Engage in negotiations with employers on various matters.
- Prioritize the recruitment of new members to enhance union membership.
Candidate Requirements:
- Self-driven with the capability to inspire others in recruitment initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting salary of £50,339 per annum.
- Comprehensive annual leave and holiday provisions.
- Participation in a Contributory Pension Scheme.
