Key Responsibilities
- Forge and develop relationships with developers in the area to secure new business opportunities.
- Win instructions to new sites and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties.
- Gain and maintain sole agency agreements with developers to ensure a steady stream of new business.
- Develop and maintain a high standard of relationship with developers, ensuring a strong reputation for Countrywide Group UK.
- Act as the central point of contact for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors, providing updates and insights on market trends and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with new site developments in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for Countrywide Group UK.
Requirements
- Proven experience in new homes sales, preferably with an estate agency or builder/developer.
- Ability to build strong relationships with developers and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, taking initiative to drive results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
