Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Anderson Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Offer general secretarial support, including photocopying, document preparation, and scheduling meetings
  • Prepare and upload new marketing materials to third-party websites
  • Update and maintain property listings on our company websites
  • Manage and update internal property/client databases
  • Send invoices to clients as required
  • Maintain and update databases
  • Manage petty cash and reconcile transactions
  • Organize and maintain filing systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Manage office supplies as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a resilient attitude
  • Strong team player with excellent people skills
