Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Anderson Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Offer general secretarial support, including photocopying, document preparation, and scheduling meetings
- Prepare and upload new marketing materials to third-party websites
- Update and maintain property listings on our company websites
- Manage and update internal property/client databases
- Send invoices to clients as required
- Maintain and update databases
- Manage petty cash and reconcile transactions
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors
- Manage office supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a resilient attitude
- Strong team player with excellent people skills
