Real Estate Property Supervisor

With extensive experience in lettings, property oversight, and residential sales, our vibrant and family-owned client, specializing in the Gloucestershire property sector, is seeking a skilled individual to join their team as a Real Estate Property Supervisor.
This position is full-time and permanent, based in a bright and spacious office environment.
Our client is dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of professional property services while ensuring exceptional customer service to meet the needs of both clients and customers.
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess prior experience in property management or lettings, where skills are transferable.
The role demands a personable approach, delivering outstanding customer service to maintain the existing dynamics of the business.
Collaboration with a small, close-knit team is essential to support the overall needs of the company.
They offer a supportive work environment with a flexible approach, providing necessary training and valuing your contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administration tasks, including managing emails, phone calls, and walk-in clients.
- Oversee the current property portfolio.
- Address all maintenance concerns and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Keep tenants and landlords informed as needed.
- Organize all legally required certifications such as Gas Safety, EICR reports, EPCs, CO2, and smoke alarms.
- Conduct property inspections and provide reports to landlords.
- Execute annual rent reviews and implement rent increases when necessary.
- Coordinate and conduct check-in and check-out inventories for tenancies.
- Manage the deposit refund process after tenant vacates.
- Negotiate tenancy renewals.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Possession of a full UK driving license is essential.
- Prior experience in property management or lettings.
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication abilities at all levels.
- Proficient in IT.
- Resilient, with a positive and motivated demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively and assist others when needed.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, plus every other Saturday from 9am to 4pm, with a day off during the week in lieu.
Salary:
Approximately £28k, depending on experience.
