Team Collaboration:
Applicants must be prepared to work alongside a small, cohesive team, addressing the overall needs of the company. The organization fosters a supportive atmosphere with a flexible approach to work. Training will be provided as necessary, and your contributions will be recognized. Opportunities for professional growth and support for industry-specific qualifications will also be available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administration tasks, including managing emails, phone calls, and walk-in clients.
- Oversee the existing property portfolio.
- Address maintenance concerns and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Keep tenants and landlords informed as needed.
- Organize all legally required certifications, such as Gas Safety, EICR reports, EPCs, CO2, and smoke alarms.
- Conduct property inspections and provide reports to landlords.
- Execute annual rent reviews and adjust rents when necessary.
- Manage check-in and check-out inventories for tenancies.
- Facilitate the deposit refund process upon tenant vacating.
- Negotiate tenancy renewals.
Candidate Qualifications:
- A valid UK driving license is mandatory.
- Prior experience in property management or lettings is required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication abilities at all levels.
- Proficient in IT.
- Resilient with a positive and motivated attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively and assist colleagues when needed.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, plus every other Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm, with a day off during the week in lieu.
Salary: Approximately £28,000, depending on experience.
