Property Conveyancing Specialist
Recruitpedia Nxt Gen Recruitment is seeking a skilled Property Conveyancing Specialist to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in delivering legal expertise to clients concerning property transactions, with an emphasis on leasehold properties, new developments, Help to Buy schemes, and shared ownership arrangements.
Main Responsibilities
  • Consulting and coordinating with clients and referral partners on active cases;
  • Managing ongoing cases effectively;
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships;
  • Engaging in networking and business development to ensure a steady flow of work;
  • Generating fees to achieve monthly and annual financial targets;
  • Participating in team meetings as necessary;
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date files;
  • Adhering to company compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing a diverse caseload of residential sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions, as well as new builds and Help to Buy initiatives. Experience with lease extensions, deeds of variation, shared ownership, equity release, and small development setups will be advantageous. Candidates should ideally have 2+ years of post-qualification experience (or equivalent) and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing various systems, along with strong data analysis and administrative skills.
