Senior Accounts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As a key member of our accounting practice, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional service to ensure their financial needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their financial needs are met.
- Lead a team of bookkeepers and management accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements and audit files for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a strong client base, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Collaborate with the practice team to develop and implement business growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Qualified senior accountant with experience of managing a portfolio of clients.
- Previous experience of working in an accounts and outsourcing capacity, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team player with good leadership qualities, able to motivate and inspire team members to deliver high-quality results.
- Self-motivated and self-starting, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Good IT skills and knowledge of emerging technologies, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong technical capability in accounting and taxation, with a deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Dependent on experience and background, a highly competitive benefits package is available, including a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits.
