TPF Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency for the accountancy practice, is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts & Outsourcing Manager to join a reputable firm of chartered accountants.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading, chartered accountancy practice in an exciting position, where you will be offered lots of client exposure, and a chance to really progress in your career.
You will be responsible for:
- Being the primary contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Managing a team of bookkeepers / management accounts who will be data processing on behalf of your clients.
- Preparing statutory financial statements and audit files for the client's auditors.
- Supporting the practice in building and maintaining a strong client base.
- Developing and allocating work to junior members of the team.
Requirements
- You will be a qualified, senior accountant with experience of managing a portfolio of clients.
- Previous experience of working in an accounts and outsourcing capacity.
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
- Team player with good leadership qualities.
- Self-motivated / self-starter.
- Good IT skills and knowledge of emerging technologies.
- Good communication skills internally and with third parties.
- Strong technical capability in account and taxation.
Benefits
A highly competitive salary of £60,000 - £78,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable. A highly competitive benefits package is also on offer.
