Senior Accountant

TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency in the South-East, is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts & Outsourcing Manager to join a reputable firm of chartered accountants. Key Responsibilities- Be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Manage a team of bookkeepers / management accounts who will be data processing on behalf of your clients, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Prepare statutory financial statements and audit files for the client's auditors, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Support the practice in building and maintaining a strong client base, fostering long-term relationships and driving business growth.
- Develop and allocate work to junior members of the team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- You will be a qualified, senior accountant with experience of managing a portfolio of clients.
- Previous experience of working in an accounts and outsourcing capacity is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and time management are crucial for success in this role.
- You will be a team player with good leadership qualities, able to motivate and guide your team to achieve exceptional results.
- Self-motivation and a self-starter attitude are essential for this role, as you will be working independently and making key decisions.
- Good IT skills and knowledge of emerging technologies are necessary for this role, as you will be working with various software systems and tools.
- Good communication skills, both internally and with third parties, are essential for building strong relationships and achieving business objectives.
- Strong technical capability in account and taxation is required for this role, as you will be working with complex financial data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
A highly competitive salary of £60,000 - £78,000, dependent on experience and background, is on offer, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
