Senior Accounts Manager

TPF Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency for the accountancy practice, is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to join a reputable firm of chartered accountants.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Lead a team of bookkeepers and management accountants, overseeing data processing and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements and audit files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong client base, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and allocate work to junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Hold a recognized accounting qualification, such as ACA or ACCA, with significant experience in managing a portfolio of clients.
- Proven track record of working in an accounts and outsourcing capacity, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to succeed and make a positive impact.
- Proficient in a range of IT systems and technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
