TPF Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency for the accountancy practice, is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts & Outsourcing Manager to join a reputable firm of chartered accountants. Key Responsibilities- Be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage a team of bookkeepers / management accounts who will be data processing on behalf of your clients, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare statutory financial statements and audit files for the client's auditors, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Support the practice in building and maintaining a strong client base, identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and allocate work to junior members of the team, providing guidance and training to ensure their success.
- You will be a qualified, senior accountant with experience of managing a portfolio of clients, possessing excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience of working in an accounts and outsourcing capacity, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Strong technical capability in accounting and taxation, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A highly competitive salary of £60,000 - £78,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable. A comprehensive benefits package is also on offer, including opportunities for career development and professional growth.
