Role: Senior Product Strategist - Engine Sector

We are seeking a Senior Product Strategist to oversee the comprehensive operations of the Engine Division and enhance our business framework across the trading landscape. This role involves advancing all facets of our engine operations through collaborations with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Private Distributor (PD) networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Division Oversight: Ensure the effective operation and growth of the Engine Division, executing all strategic plans and policies.
  • Financial Planning: Formulate comprehensive business strategies and ensure all financial allocations are in line with these strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Represent the organization professionally in engagements with current and prospective OEMs, private distributors, and industry bodies.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster effective teamwork across all segments of the Engine Division, aligning efforts with the overarching business objectives.
  • International Coordination: Cultivate strong partnerships with key global teams.
  • Personnel Management: Address all personnel-related matters within the division.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee special initiatives as directed by senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Credentials: Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role with extensive experience across all primary functions of the division. A minimum of 10 years in commercial roles within the engine or related sectors.
  • Technical Expertise: Profound understanding of 2-stroke and 4-stroke technologies and the General-Purpose Engine (GPE) market.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English; knowledge of French, German, or Italian is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Competence in MS Office and general computer skills.
  • Willingness to Travel: Openness to frequent international travel.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-driven with a keen sense of cultural awareness and adaptability.

The selected candidate should be prepared for extensive travel across various regions.
